This has really helped me to feel less tired. I will not magnify the energy boost that some have said. I feel more myself and able to not feel tired, I have been taking it now for about 4 months and I have started my second bottle. I don't mind the taste. Reminds me of my multi vitamin that I took as a child on liquid form. My friend is taking it a it seems to help him as well. I ordered this for my husband , He was needing an energy "boost" . He noticed a difference the very first day he tried it.It isnt the same kind of boost you would get from a 5 hr energy -However he noticed that his energy levels were longer lasting and stable. My husband also likes the taste of this-I tried it and Im not overly fond BUt this is a GREAT product so far :)I ordered this for my husband , He was needing an energy "boost" .
